Flower Delivery
Same Day Deliveries - We offer a same or next day delivery service throughout theunited Kingdom at our standard rate of £9.99, orders must be placed before 3pm to guarantee delivery. Please note some remote areas are not guaranteed for same day delivery.

Express Delivery within 3 Hours - available at £8.99

Timed Deliveries AM or PM preference available at £6.99 and £4.99 at all other times

Next Day: Our next day delivery service is available at our standard rate of £4.99, Monday to Saturday

Sunday delivery: We do not deliver on a Sunday except for special occasions including Mothers Day

International Delivery: please call to send flowers outside of the UK.

Important Delivery Information
Please bear in mind flowers are perishable items. Please ensure you select a delivery address where the flowers can be cared for on arrival. If the recipient is not at the address to receive the flowers they shall be left at door (where appropriate), with a neighbour or returned to us for re-delivery (a charge may be incurred for this). 

Flower Availability
All floral products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties or inferior quality flowers, we reserve the right to substitute any product with an alternative product of a similar style and value. 

Flower Guarantee
We are passionate about flowers and are totally committed to supplying the highest quality flowers. We value your custom and we constantly strive to provide an excellent service. If at any time you are not completely satisfied, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your flowers so we can fully investigate any complaints and rectify as quickly as possible. We are here to help in any way we can and our dedicated team ensures you of their full attention at all times. 

Payments
We accept major credit / debit cards apart from American Express, all payments made online are encrypted. Our website has a secure checkout and we therefore encourage you to place your order online. 

Cancellations
We reserve the right to retain payments when an order is cancelled within a 48 hour period.
